Artist & Label Relations Intern

Sonorous Zen is a music distribution company helping independent artists and record labels bring their music to global audiences. We provide digital distribution, catalog management, and artist services, making it easier for music professionals to release, manage, and grow their music across major streaming platforms.

- Fluent in Burmese, with good English reading, writing, and communication skills. - Passionate about music and interested in the digital music industry. - Familiar with Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and other streaming platforms. - Good communication skills and confidence in reaching out to new people. - Basic computer skills and ability to use online tools. - Organized, responsible, and willing to learn. - Able to work remotely and complete assigned tasks on time. - Previous music industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Artist & Label Research: Discover independent artists, record labels, and potential partners across Asian music markets. Outreach: Connect with prospective artists and labels and introduce Sonorous Zen's services. Artist Relations: Help maintain positive communication with artists, managers, and labels. Onboarding Support: Assist new clients with account setup and music distribution processes. Release Review: Help check music metadata, artwork, and release information for accuracy. Distribution Support: Assist the team with release delivery issues and artist profile corrections. Market Research: Explore music trends and identify opportunities for new partnerships. Reporting: Maintain organized records of potential clients, outreach activities, and weekly progress. All activities will be performed with guidance and support from the Sonorous Zen team.
